Post Ranch Presents A Cooking Demonstration From Guest Chef Michael Laiskonis

Sierra Mar's Executive Chef John Cox and Pastry Chef Yulanda Santos are thrilled to present very special guest, Chef Michael Laiskonis, former Executive Pastry Chef at New York's famed Le Bernardin and currently the Creative Director of New York City's Institute of Culinary Education, as he hosts a cooking demonstration on Sunday, February 24 at 1 p.m. in Carmel. Join Chef Laiskonis as he presents modern pastry techniques and treats attendees to tastings of his dishes. Tickets to this rare event are limited. This event is brought to you by Post Ranch Inn, in partnership with MEarth.
