Misako Ballet Company will present "Classical with a Japanese Twist" at the Jim Rouse Theatre on Sunday, February 10, at 2:00pm.
This concert will feature "Japanese Rhymes and Songs" choreographed and directed by Artistic Director, Misako Aoki-Oda. The program will include "Dance for Sonata No. 1" choreographed by Eva Anderson and variations from "Esmeralda", "Talisman", and the ballet "Le Corsaire".
The Baltimore Canon will provide a musical interlude.
"Classical with a Japanese Twist" features company dancers; Genevieve Ellis-Williams, Melissa Lineburg, Jessica Markiewicz, Jessica McElvaney, Emily Runkle, Amanda Wade, guest artist Lester Holmes and the Misako Ballet Junior Company.

Ticket prices are $12 for adults; $10 for seniors and students; and $6 for children 12 and under. Tickets may be purchased through Brown Paper Tickets or at the door.
