Climate Disruption: What Math and Science Have to Say

More than a hundred scientific societies, universities, research institutes, and organizations all over the world have banded together to dedicate 2013 as a special year for the Mathematics of Planet Earth.
As part of this initiative, the Simons Foundation is sponsoring a series of Public Lectures to take place around the world. This lecture, by renowned mathematician Dr. Emily Shuckburgh (Head of Oceans Research Group - British Antarctic Survey), is the second in the series.
