Nine Steps To Living Well BEFORE You Lose The Weight
Oprah's obvious and perennial displeasure with her self and her body have been written about and discussed ad nauseam in the press. This workshop focuses on the nine steps outlined in an impromptu letter to Oprah encouraging her to actively love not just herself, but her body, and as a result of that ACTIVE self-love, witnessing the disappearance of excess weight primarily because in the face of concrete, active self-love, excess weight has no place to live, breathe or have its being.
The steps are both simple and pleasurable, but the execution of them when one is not used to treating oneself or one's body like a valuable, treasured commodity will be the focus of discussion later in the afternoon.
