Weaving Three Types of Rugs
In this class the students learn how to weave three types of rugs: Various rug weaving techniques will be taught, including plain weave, summer/winter weaves, and krokbragd.
Looms are provided.The basics are covered in ten sessions, taught on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Maximum class size is six students, allowing for exceptional attention from the instructor. Students may work on looms outside of the class time. Floor loom and materials are provided. Pay deposit of $100 to reserve a spot. Total cost of class is $175 for tuition, plus $25 for materials.
