| Description |
 On Saturday, April 12th, 2008, the congregation of WAUCC will gather with local community members, friends, activists, and public leaders from all over the Chicago area, to celebrate and help fund the decision of Wellington Avenue United Church of Christ to become a sanctuary church, finding new ways to struggle with refugee and immigrant communities for justice. As part of the festivities, we will welcome and install our new pastor, Reverend Daniel Dale, who led this congregation to sanctuary more than 20 years ago, and is doing so again today!
4:30 pm - Reception Complimentary salsa and sangria
5:30 pm - Celebration Installation of Reverend Dan Dale and Declaration of Sanctuary
7:00 pm - Dinner & Silent Auction - Enjoy the authentic Latin American cuisine of our neighbors and friends (Complimentary Margaritas and wine included)
8:00 pm - Music - Dance the night away with Inti Raymi and experience the music and culture of the Andes
Tickets: $35 Donation (for post-reception dinner, beverages and music)

(Note 1: When purchasing items D, E, F, and G, on the online order form, indicate the quantity as "2". If purchasing item H, indicate the quantity as "6".)

Please go to our website: www.waucc.org and click on the link "An Extravangant Welcome" and then find the link to download a flier in pdf format detailing sponsorship, ad specs and rates. Please mail the paper form with your check", or you can call the church office at 773.935.0642 to place your order.)
A. $35 - Guest
B. $50 - Business Card size placement in program book (no tickets included)
C. $100 - Half Page (5 WIDE X 3.875 HIGH) placement in program book (no tickets included)
D. $150 - Supporter with half page placement and two tickets
E. $200 - Supporter with full page (5 WIDE x 8 HIGH) placement and two tickets
F. $250 - Sponsor* with full inside front or back cover placement and two tickets
G. $300 - Sponsor* with full back cover placement and two tickets
H. $500 - Benefactor* with full page placement, six tickets and special recognition at event
I. $___ - Donation of Silent Auction Item (please describe)
J. $35 - Add on a Guest ticket for someone who otherwise could not afford to attend.

| Street parking is difficult but there are several parking lots near by. We encourage you to walk, bike, or take public transportation. We are easily accessed by the Brown, Red and Purple CTA trains, or the Clark and Broadway busses. |
