Brian Clement, PhD, LN, one of todays most knowledgeable nutritionists, will be hosted by Optimum Health Solution on Monday, November 6. Doors open for Health Fair at 6:00 pm, and the lecture will be from 7 - 8:30 pm followed by Q & A on LONGEVITY & VITALITY: CREATING A DISEASE-FREE FUTURE at First Unitarian Society in Newton, 1326 Washington Street, West Newton, MA 02465.
The first 50 people who submit their questions during registration will have them answered by Clement during the Q & A following the lecture.
During the event, Clement will discuss what science really says about longevity and vitality. Brian Clement will explore 50 years of clinical research and human experience on the subject of disease prevention and life extension. He will explain how each of us can lengthen our lifespan and increase the quality of our health and well-being. His lecture will be followed by Q and A, plus a book-signing. Clement is the co-director of the Hippocrates Health Institute, a destination health resort in Palm Beach, Fla., that offers holistic and nutrition-based education and treatments as part of an integrated approach to health incorporating nutrition and lifestyle changes. In this role, Clement has educated thousands of guests about ways to prevent premature aging and disease, and in turn build a life of happiness founded in good health.
