Lava City Roller Dolls '08 All-Star Season Home Opener
Bend roller derby fans won't want to miss the Lava City Roller Dolls 2008 All-Star Season home opener against California's Port City Roller Girls. Fresh off their victory against Spokane at the Rust Riot Tournament, Lava City remains poised to set fire to the competition and bring the first of many wins to our hometown fans this season!
On Saturday, March 29th the Lava City Roller Dolls bring you the first bout of the 2008 All-Star Season. We invite you to join us at the Central Oregon Indoor Sports Center for an action packed evening of women's flat track roller derby. Lava City's all-star team, The Smokin Ashes, will face off against the Port City Roller Girls from Stockton, Ca. Both teams bring huge hits and power skating to what promises to be a great event. Bring the whole family to cheer on your hometown Roller Dolls as they send the Port City Roller Girls packing!
Event Details:
Location: Central Oregon Indoor Sports Center (corner of Empire & High Desert)
Time: Doors open at 5:00 pm, game starts at 6:00 p.m.
Advanced Tickets: available on-line at www.lavacityrollerdolls.com or at the D&D Bar and Grill downtown Bend.
Price: $10 advanced, $12 at the door. Kids 12 and under and Seniors, $6. Children 5 and under get in free.
Additionally, ticket holders receive free admission to the after party to be held at the 541 Lounge come dance the night away with your favorite roller dolls after the game.
