7yrs+ Ceramics Experience with Claude Frere-Smith
Join Claude Frere-Smith with the The Roseberry Ceramics group to try your hand with clay and ceramics skills.
Choose from one of these three techniques to create a unique piece of pottery, learning new skills.
Options are:
a) Throw a pot on a potters wheel b) Make a pot using the slab technique c) Make a clay model
By using special Air Hardening Clay all works can be taken away on the day. Limited to 10 places per session. Pre booking advised to avoid disappointment. Claude Frere-Smith and The Roseberry Ceramics Group Participant Information: Suitable for ages 7+. Please wear casual, comfortable clothes and preferably an apron or old shirt.
IMPORTANT WORKSHOP INSTRUCTIONS please read carefully.
**Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes before the start time of your workshop for a prompt start.
The venue of your workshop is in the Old Stables Block.
The Festival of Thrift, 23-24 September, open 10-5pm daily.

There is one ticket per person as places are limited. Please only attend if you have a ticket, or if you are supervising a minor.
Kirkleatham is a big site. It could take you 20 minutes to get across site and find your workshop space. Please leave plenty of time.
Unfortunately we are unable to swap or refund workshop tickets.

Parking is available (£5 per car so fill your car!), please following the on-site signs when arriving at the festival site.
