Justin's goal is to provide a greater knowledge of your companys structure and IRS tax code to help you reduce your annual tax liability by hundreds or potentially thousands of dollars.
His discussion will cover: * Your business operating structure (sole- proprietor, LLC, or Corporation) - advantages and disadvantages of each from a tax perspective * Common tax mistakes and commonly missed deductions for business owners and employees * How to reduce costly errors and avoid expensive and time-consuming audits * A question and answer session covering all of your burning tax questions. About Justin Stephens: Stephens Tax Services is a family-run business started in Sonoma County by Justins father, Lee Stephens, over 35 years ago. While Justin began working in the tax industry almost 20 years ago, he left to pursue a career in sales and sales management, managing stores for such companies as Magnolia Audio/Video, and La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries before inevitably returning to run his fathers tax business in 2015. Justin has used his experience of running a retail store combined with years of tax knowledge to help many Sonoma County businesses of all sizes get up and running with tax filing, payroll and bookkeeping. Justin also serves as a Director on the Board of Directors for the North Bay Chapter of the California Society of Enrolled Agents.
