Breakfast + Rave = BRAVE!
Get ready to get your groovy bodies out of bed to join us for a heart pumping, soul lifting, smile inducing, sweat producing BRAVE Saturday morning of extreme awesomeness!! This month's theme is - Cultivating Joy!
BRAVES = Yoga + Dance Rave + Healthy Brunch + Hoopla & Surprise = Extreme Awesomeness
Cultivate the practice of Joyful Living through mindful movement and intention! No matter what is happening around us, there is always space and a role for nourishing the capacity for joy WITHIN us!
ALL ages, Kids 16 & under are FREE with a paying adult!
How does it work? There are THREE unique portions to the Brave experience join us for one part or join for all three (different pricing applies)!!
The Flow:
1) 9AM 10AM: YOGA!
The Yoga Hive teacher Derek Martin will take you on a movement journey that will have you saying, "Bandhas, breath, and mindfulness O my!!"
Derek describes his approach, "Expect some good ol mom & pop power vinyasa yoga infused with therapeutic intent and a few twists (most likely from a chair or lunge)."
**Bring Your Own Mat - we will have only a few extras on hand**
2) 10AM 12PM: Dance Rave!
Dance Rave with Tricia Chirumbole: MC & Musical magic coordinator Tricia Chirumbole will invite you into a welcoming space for unbounded self-expression and free-flowing play. Our experience will include: Opening & closing circles for intention setting & community connections, a FREE shot of fresh pressed juice, costumes & props to play with, a wall of intentions, and surprises to behold!
Brave dance parties are for ALL bodies, movement abilities & styles. Come as you are ~ Move as you wish!
3) 12PM 3PM: Spirit Brunch Endless Pizza & Brunch Bar!
Get in on Spirits ALL You Can Eat Brunch! Veg & Family friendly. A wide variety of delicious, homemade, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and omnivore-friendly options! A la carte drinks include fresh squeezed juices, mimosas, a bloody bar and bottomless coffee.
BRAVE package deals:
Triple Threat: Yoga + Dance Rave + All You Can Eat Brunch: $30 in advance; $33 cash at the door
The Double Sweat: Yoga + Dance Rave: $20 in advance; $25 cash at the door
Just Dance: Dance Rave Only: $15 in advance; $20 cash at the door
Young & Free: Youth tickets, 16 & under with paying adult: FREE!
Notes for Families:
~Brunch: Spirit charges $6 for kids ages 3-12 and is FREE for kids under 3. 12+ is adult pricing (see packages above for a Brave + Brunch discount!)
~Sound levels: Consider headphones or ear plugs for your youngins. We will not be rocking it too loud, but better safe than sorry!
Logistics for all Bravers:
~ Free water is available (bring a bottle or use our cups); Juice shots available for $1/shot, 1 FREE with ticket;
~ Free parking in lot, additional street parking nearby
~ Dress however is most comfortable for you, whether that is comfy sweats or ecstatically funky garb! Consider layers. You can dance in bare feet (recommended), socks, or shoes.
~ Community Altar: You are welcome to bring something sacred for the community altar as well as any fun props or costumes that you may like to dance with (we will have some on hand for you!)
