About...
The Patterson is an adaptive reuse of the former 240,000 SF six-story Highlandtown Middle School located in east Baltimore adjacent to Patterson Park. The project consists of 145 residential apartments and required alterations to the existing structural systems including the former gymnasium space for accommodating 145 interior parking spaces.
Project amenities in addition to the indoor parking include: business center, club house, fitness center, board room and two interior landscaped courtyards. The project is in the final stages of securing State and Federal Historic tax credits. The construction will exceed the Baltimore Green Building Standards.
Kinsley is the CM at Risk and providing pre-construction services.
