End of the Year Party!
Going to introduce Zumba Sentao. Zumba Sentao is a chair-based fitness class. The chair will be utilized as a dance partner and a stabilizer during certain exercises. We will go for 30 minutes with the chair. Then, off the floor they go to another 30 minutes for Zumba!! Pick up the weights (1 lb or 2.5 lb) for the final 30 minutes of Zumba Toning fun!! Weights will be available for rent or purchase. Limited quantities available. Bring extra water bottles and lift them intead! Only accepting 50 participants so get your tickets early!
