Elijah
Easton Choral Arts Society closes it's 35th Anniversary Concert Season with two performances of Felix Mendelssohn's powerful and passionate Oratorio, Elijah, featuring guest soloist Robert Cantrell as Elijah. Bass-Baritone Robert Cantrell, a frequent guest with Easton Choral Arts Society, has appeared with Washington National Opera, Baltimore Opera, Opera Delaware, Wolftrap Opera, Washington Summer Opera, Annapolis Opera, Sarasota Opera, and Opera Ebony. He serves on the voice faculty at the Baltimore School for the Arts.
Join the Easton Choral Arts Society for two exciting performances of Elijah at the Historic Avalon Theatre in Easton MD, Saturday April 13 2013 at 8:00PM and Sunday April 14 2013 at 3:00PM.
The Easton Choral Arts Society, a 60-plus member chorus, has a diverse repertoire and has featured some of the world's finest choral music. The mission of Easton Choral Arts Society is to bring great choral masterworks programs to audiences of all ages on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
