Being Mindful - An introductory workshop
Often feel overwhelmed, anxious, stressed or wrapped up in your thoughts? Mindfulness could be helpful for you.
In these stand-alone introductory taster sessions run by experienced practitioner Claire Louise Symonds, you'll learn some basic, practical techniques that can be used anytime, anywhere to help you manage stress. As you notice your habitual reactions to difficulties arising in your life you will be better equipped to manage these challenges more effectively and with ease.
