EYDT's The Nutcracker 2012
EYDT celebrates this time honored holiday tradition featuring excerpts from Tchaikovsky's "The Nutcracker." This performance features students from Issaquah Dance Theatre, ages 3 to 18, as well as students from ARC School of Dance and guest artists from around the Puget Sound.
Enjoy incredible music, dancing and choreography performed by inspiring young students as you join Clara in her adventure through a winter wonderland of dancing snowflakes and the delicious land of sweets where she is greeted by the Sugar Plum Fairy, Gumdrops, Cotton Candy, Candy Canes, Peppermint Sticks, Mother Ginger and her Cookies, beautiful waltzing flowers and more! This performance is a wonderful opportunity to introduce the whole family to this child friendly classical ballet.
