Eurythmy for Adults: Workshop 2 "Stress Reduction"
Eurythmy is an expressive art movement developed by Rudolf Steiner, founder of the Waldorf School movement.
Eurythmy is a physical exercise which connects language with movement and music encouraging confidence, emotional maturity and a deeper appreciation for the world around us.
Some of the things you will learn in this workshop include: an easy way to diffuse stress and tension in your upper shoulders, learn a simple exercise to regulate your breathing, learn one of the Rod Exercises given by Rudolf Steiner, specifically for supporting the physical body, and much more.
All materials will be provided.
