A woman signs up to pose for an art class and discovers that there's a lot more to being naked than taking off your clothes.

Performers: Maria Carela, Elly-Anne Ehrman, Christian Paluck, Bryan Schany, and Gordon Silva
A garbage man, a VP of finance, a playwright, and grocery store clerk meet in a bar in gentrified Brooklyn. Charlie and Conrad, long-time friends, each secretly wonder why they still hang out with each other. Angela, celebrating a recent promotion, masks a sadness with her tough exterior. Lost and on her way to an appointment, Patricia holds an unbelievable surprise. As each reveals their story to the group, they learn that no one really knows what lies beneath the surface of a strange face, and that a lasting connection can be formed across even a brief moment in time.

Emerging Artists returns with their one-of-a-kind festival. Visit the theater any evening during this three-week event, and you'll find yourself transported in a number of surprising ways: by a single performer embodying a whole host of characters; by a more experimental theater piece "done differently" that challenges and delights; by a cozy two-person show exploring relationships; or perhaps by a bouncy new musical that will have you humming. Emerging Artists has always been about new works, new talents, new voices. That's never been more evident than now.
NO REFUNDS will be granted.
