Piano Concert Inspires, Rocks, & Kicks Cancer's Butt!
THE TIME AND PLACE of AWESOMENESS
Sunday, January 27th at 7:00pm
THE AMAZING & FRIENDLY ARTISTS:
(yes, they have superpowers, you'll see)
Scott D. Davis
REASONS TO CANCEL YOUR PLANS & ATTEND THIS CONCERT INSTEAD:
In the late 90's, pianist Scott D. Davis launched his first website and made his first internet fan. That fan's name is Tim Neumark. Tim was so inspired he went on to create CDs and perform concerts of his own solo piano compositions. On Sunday 1/27/13 it all comes full circle when Scott & Tim perform in concert together for the first time. This is history in the making and you don't wanna miss it!
Michele McLaughlin will record her new album next month. The new music is dark, and beautiful, and you'll definitely feel it affect your emotions. You can be among the first few people to ever hear these remarkable new melodies, live, in an intimate setting, months before they are released to the public on CD. Seriously, what could you possibly do with your Sunday evening that would be more memorable than that?
Scott D. Davis is a survivor. He survived a venomous snake bite at age 14. A small plane crash in his early 20s. He even survived a Yanni concert in the late 90s, as well as a vicious Chihuahua attack at the mall just a few years ago. Late last year, he was diagnosed with follicular thyroid cancer. Though the power of his music (as well as the skills of a talented surgeon and modern medical advances), Scott is surviving that too! Come enjoy the healing effects of this energetic live performance. *Consult your physician. Side effects may include euphoria, laughter, inspiration, permanent awesome memories. Consumption of alcohol may increase these effects.
Tim Neumark's music is pretty. Like, really pretty. The kind of stuff that makes tough guys cry. Don't believe me? I dare you to come to the show and prove me wrong, tough guy!
