Eclectic Theater Company Presents: Odd Duck Studio Primetime Stand Up Comedy Show on October 10th at 8pm. This is installment #2 of the "Create a Feature Project". This ONE NIGHT ONLY Comedy Show will be presenting: Landon Whitbread, Andy Palmer, Jamal Harrington, Cameron Mazzuca, and introducing Mack Smith. Odd Duck Studio has long been a place to watch emerging artists develop and break through to new, greater stages of their career. Eclectic Theater Company will be facilitating the development of stand up comedians in a series of "Create a Feature" comedy shows. In this series comedians who have never performed a 30 minute "feature" set (a major step for comedians) and challenge them to build their 30 minute set at the Odd Duck Studio. Each show will feature four comedians performing 10 minute sets. At each show their 10 minutes must be an entirely new 10 minutes for them to continue in the project. They will then have an opportunity to perform their first 30 minute set at Odd Duck Studio as the closing act for the show. There will also be a short 5 minute spot reserved for a comedian who is performing their first "showcase." This is to give an opportunity to up and coming comics who have excelled at open mics around town but haven't had the opportunity to perform at a regular show. Audiences will enjoy the freshness of the material and the excitement of watching the new faces of the Seattle comedy scene emerge in a supportive and creative environment.
