Opening Night Film - Kabluey (Film Only) 2/27
Kabluey is a hilarious, unique, and heartfelt comedy that was filmed in and around Austin, Texas. Starring Lisa Kudrow (Friends), Scott Pendergrast, Chris Parnell (Saturday Night Live) and Christine Taylor (The Brady Bunch Movie, Dodgeball) and Oscar-nominated Teri Garr, inept Salman (Pendergrast) must take a humiliating job as a huge, blue corporate mascot in order to make ends meet and hold his brothers family together, while his brother is in Iraq on assignment. Several of films participants worked together in the groundbreaking LA comedy troop, the Groundlings, and the chemistry is palpable. Executive Producer Jeff Balis is a Tampa native.
