AZA, North African concert
Happy 2017 to all of you,
Last year have been a very successful one for AZA. We toured a lot, nationally and internationally and we are always proud to tell our audiences that Santa Cruz is our home. Our style of music has it's roots in North Africa but it morphed into what it is here in Santa Cruz. So our music is a product of both the Amazigh "Berber" heritage we brought with us ,and the music scene we found in this area. We always like to share our new compositions with our fan base in this community. We have developed a new repertoire of music which includes the new compositions we have been recording, and we would love to share some of it with you live at the Kuumbwa on Feb 4th. I hope you can all find time to come and be part of this event. Special guest and famous percussionist, Brahim Fribgane, will be joining us that night. Bring friends and let's pack the venue. There is nothing better than sharing a live performance with all of you.
