Aaron Meyer with the Columbia Gorge Sinfonietta
Concert Rock Violinist Aaron Meyer and Guitarist Tim Ellis recorded a new CD of their original music and arrangements with their full band and full orchestra. Aaron and Tim commissioned Oregon Symphony Resident Pops conductor, Jeff Tyzik, to orchestrate their songs for full orchestra, which Tim and Aaron will perform with the Columbia Gorge Sinfonietta, one of the longest-lived cultural institutions in the Mid-Columbia area. Also on the program is Tchaikovsky's rousing "March Slav." Orchestra is conducted by Mark Steighner.
