January Goat Cooking Class Series

If your New Year's resolution was to cook more at home, you are in luck! Join us at Little Goat's private event kitchen every Monday in January for a special Goat-themed cooking class, complete with wine, beer and a full dinner.

January 13th - "Girl & the Goat's classics" - From goat empanadas, to green beans and kohlrabi salad, learn the staples that have made Girl & the Goat a Chicago favorite.

January 16th - "Little Goat's update diner staples" Learn Little Goat Diner's twists on diner classics, from breakfast to blue plate!

January 23rd - "Duck Duck Goat's (reasonably authentic) Chinese" Before the opening of Duck Duck Goat, Chef Stephanie Izard spent weeks in China researching ingredients and techniques, and we are sharing some of her findings with you!

January 30th - "What's with the Goat thing anyway?" - over the years many people have asked why we are obsessed with goat, so we've decided to show you what the fuss is all about! Learn the the secrets behind a few of our favorite goat-focused dishes, and how to use goat in your own cooking!
