What do you get when you combine live music that uplifts love and positivity with charity? We are pleased to present to you the second annual concert #TheGift. #TheGift is sure to shake up Houston's Urban Hip-Hop Soul underground scene with artists performing with some of Houston's musicians. We believe in the power of positivity and good music: so why not use our influence to spotlight artists with a positve message? The purpose of this event is to be a remedy to the community by spreading positive energy througout the Houston area. A portion of all ticket sales will also help fund the Houston After School Fine Arts program and New Perspective Development: Keep Fighting Scholarship.

MISSION STATEMENT
New Perspective Development (NPD) is a Texas non-profit organization. Our mission is to shed light by developing socio-economic equality in underprivileged communities. This is achieved through sharing various devices of information, hosting programs, workshops and community services.
OUR VISION
New Perspective Developments vision is that Texas underserved communities become economically and socially sound and generate the best innovators of tomorrow.
ABOUT #LOVELIFTED
#lovelifted(LL) is the music division of NPD. It lends a New Perspective on music and the way we listen. LL mission is to use music to present love to the world. Mainly based in hip hop and R&B, LL reaches out to Houston and surrounding communities to hand pick influential positive artists to give them a platform to further spread their message.
LL not only understands the importance of hip hop, but also the influence hip hop has on our community. Just as hip hop has negatively affected the kids community with the glorification of violence and drugs; a message glorifying prosperity and positivity could have a greater impact.
