Chicago Diabetes Project - Journey To a Cure

Come share a night with us a night filled with food, drink, music and art, a night dedicated to recognizing and supporting the pioneering work of the Chicago Diabetes Project, a night that starts us on the journey to the cure for diabetes.

Here are the details:
Red Door Chicago, 2118 N. Damen Avenue, in Chicago, is presenting for us a freshly prepared seasonal buffet. Wine and beer are included in the $75, per person, donation fee. Mixed drinks are cash bar.

Dr. Jose Oberholzer will speak about his work at the Chicago Diabetes Project and share the story of a potential transplant recipient, Mr. Jim Farmer. Mr. Farmer will also attend the event.

Internationally recognized cornetist Joshua Berman will play music for us, and guests can visit the Firecat Projects gallery next door to view recent work by local artist James Jankowiak. Half of the proceeds from Firecat Projects' sales on the night of the event will be donated to the CDP.
