Inverness Storytelling Festival
Rekindling the Hearth.

Inverness Storytelling Festival returns for a second year with a mixture of tales, music, poetry and craic from Scottish Highlands and distant landscapes.

It will be a celebration of Highland ceilidh culture with stories from: George Macpherson, Bob Pegg, Dougie Mackay, Daniel Serridge, Carol Scorer, Lizzie McDougall, Markus Luukkonen and Alasdair Taylor, Ecopoetry from Helen Moore, Gaelic song from Christina Stewart and global music from Omar Afif (Morrocco), Sergio Zavaleta (Peru) and the Woodland Roots Band and folk sounds from Joe Hill's Wake and Dougie Burns (with a few more surprise acts)
