A night of hot fresh braindance featuring one of the most revered and respected names in braindance and IDM.

DJ CYLOB - Cylob began making his own music as a teen. In 1993 he was signed to Aphex Twin's Rephlex label and began releasing albums including 1996's Cylobian Sunset, considered an outright classic by many. Cylob has collaborated with Squarepusher and Astrobotnia, remixed Aphex Twin, and had some underground hits with his classic tracks "Cut the Midrange, Drop the Bass" and "Rewind". This last year has found Cylob at the top of his game, starting his own Cylob Industries and releasing 2 EPs and three albums. He has also made the occasional broadcast on radio worldwide including twice on BBC Radio 1's Breezeblock show. Cylob makes his music using his own Cylob Music System program, written in the Supercollider language. This continuing work in progress, started in 2001, has led to his sound becoming increasingly distinctive.

JACOB LONDON - In 1993 Bob Hansen and Dave Pezzner joined up to start producing very inferior Rave and Industrial music under the name Vitus Dance. After focusing most of their efforts on live PAs, 1998 saw a name change and their first vinyl release as Jacob London on Carlos Miguels Seattle-based eatHouse label. They decided to hit the books and refine their already sharp production skills until 2001 when they were presented with the opportunity to head up squid:records, a sub-label of esteemed Viva Recordings.
squid:records turned out to be a perfect outlet for the quirky tech-house that Jacob London had grown into, and after a couple releases in 2001 and 2002 they got some attention from Free the Funk, French label Stay True, and the infamous U-Freqs in England. Making up for lost time, they had quickly built up a solid reputation among house DJs of all styles for their clean production, off-kilter funk, and unique spin on house. Set in motion by a bet from Rick Preston in San Diego, they signed a multiple-record deal with Derrick Carter & Luke Solomons world famous Classic Records at the end of 2002. You can be sure that whatever Jacob London have planned for the future, it will definitely involve ignoring the rulebooks, not taking themselves too seriously, and the occasional sheep noise.

TEAM BONKERS! - Starting off the night, Team Bonkers! is the supergroup of three producers- Erictronic, The Naturebot, and Mr. Zillion. Expect raw electronic components, heavy off-kilter beats, classic synthlines, handclaps, and even singalongs. Maybe you could try to describe it as experimental and straightforward Bliss-Grime-Rave-House-Step, but that's a little too straightforward for these boys. The combination of these three talents promises to be an unforgettable, thoroughly enjoyable, and inexplicably bizarre experience.
