Two sets of parents come together at one of the parent's home to discuss a playground altercation between their eleven year old sons. One of the boys hit the other with a stick and broke his teeth and did some facial damage. All goes well until tempers fly and the Rum flows. Social amenities fly out the window and tempers flare. As the evening progresses marriages and nerves get frayed and the "Dark Comedy" gets interesting.
This play won the 2009 Tony for "Best Play" and was made into a Movie.
The play stars Julie Fineberg as "Veronica Novak", Jaysen Dante as "Alan Raleigh", Tom Vick as "Michael Novak" and LaToya Patrice as "Annette Raleigh". It is being produced by Charles Chavers, Producing Director of Stage 5 Theatre and Directed by Michael Bailey of Stage 5 Theatre.
