Eclipse Chocolate handcrafts a collection of gourmet confections, made with Fair Trade Certified couverture chocolate and accented with exotic, all-natural infusions. Weve taken 5 of their unique chocolate creations and paired them with 5 of our finest ales for a flight of chocolatey goodness. Our Head Brewer Derek will host the event, guiding you through each of the pairings.
