The Postmodern Camerata:The United States of America
The opening concert programme of the 2016/2017 series of the PMCs third season explores the works of American composers. The concert program will include:
~Appalachian Spring by Aaron Copland
~Dover Beach by Samuel Barber
~Dover Beach Revisited by Dominick Argento and
~In C by Terry Riley
The Postmodern Camerata is a Vancouver based chamber music ensemble dedicated to the performance of Bach cantatas and other chamber music works by composers from the Baroque to the 21st Century. www.postmoderncamerata.com
Tickets will also be sold at the door subject to capacity.
