Lisa Yves keeps traditional and bebop jazz alive with her fun and interactive performance, Jazz For Kids.
Based on her award winning cds, Jazz For Kids, Everybody's Boppin, Vocalese and On The Road, Lisa gets kids scatting, singing and moving along with her swinging trio of top Boston musicians.

Jazz for Kids is the result of Lisa Yves' dedication to making music exciting, innovative and fun for her young students. After graduating from NYU's School of Music as a vocal jazz major, Yves began creating lyrics for classic jazz melodies and altering existing lyrics in order to create new material for her students to sing. Lisa has performed around the country and her cds are sold internationally. ALL PROCEEDS SUPPORT ARTS ENRICHMENT IN THE FRAMINGHAM PUBLIC SCHOOLS.
