Cinemanalysis: A five week course analyzing the greats of cinema - Steven Spielberg

Join the Phoenix Film Foundation as we begin our new 5-week film study course with the great Steven Spielberg.

Welcome to Cinemanalysis: a new 5-week course analyzing the greats of cinema. What makes a Director great? What signature directing styles can we see from film to film? What is this Directors impact on cinema?

We take a look at these questions through the lens of one director each course. In this 5 week course, participants will be asked to watch a film at home and come to the group ready to discuss.

Its kind of like a book club but for movies!

Beginning October 20, 2016 and Ending November 17, 2016

Every Thursday from 11am Noon

Price: $100 for all 5 weeks or $75 for Phoenix Film Society and IFP-Phoenix Members.

Raiders of the Lost Ark Thursday, November 3rd
E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial Thursday, November 10th
Saving Private Ryan Thursday, November 17th
