Knights in Harmony

Please join us for a bubbly champagne reception, musical entertainment, a delicious meal, a lively auction and much merriment. We're going to help deserving high school kids make fabulous music together!

There are many talented Bremerton High School student musicians who practice their instruments diligently, whose progress is limited only by their basic student-model instruments. At a cost of $2,000-$4,000 a piece, advanced professional-model instruments are often too expensive for many families.

Proceeds from this event will go toward the purchase of professional-model instruments that will be loaned to deserving instrumental students to allow them to achieve their full potential. Individual musicians will sound better and the entire band will be in harmony! Thank you for your support.

MENU SELECTIONS

Santa Maria-Style Grilled Tri-Tip Beef
Tender beef tri-tip rubbed with garlic, olive oil, paprika, oregano and Santa Maria-blend spices, grilled and slow-roasted. Served with stone-ground mustard sauce.

Oven-Poached Salmon with Pesto Sauce
Fresh salmon oven-poached in white wine, lemon, basil and butter. Topped with pesto cream sauce and a lemon wedge.

Tortellini con Pesto
Cheese-filled tortellini pasta with sauteed onions, mushrooms,zucchini, bell peppers and garlic in a fresh basil cream sauce. Topped with Parmesan cheese and sliced green onions.

KNIGHTS IN HARMONY
The BHS jazz ensemble will entertain us before dinner under the direction of Max Karler, Band Director.
