SYDNEY SPIRITIST MEDITATION - 3 DECEMBER 2016
We are delighted to invite you to a special meditation and prayer event in the Spiritist tradition organised and guided by some of the team leaders from the 2014 Joao de Deus event. Joao de Deus will NOT be present at this meditation.
The event will celebrate the feast of St Francis Xavier, a beloved entity of the Casa Dom Inacio. Xavier was one of the founders of the Jesuits and was the patron saint of Australia for many years.
The meditation will be energetically similar to the first current room at the Sydney 2014 event and it will follow the same format as our 2015 meditation event. This is a powerful opportunity to develop your relationship with these Good Spirits and to to sit in loving service for the world.
Feedback on the 2015 event was very positive:
- 100% of respondents described the event as excellent (78%) or very good (12%).
- 88% of respondents said they felt the presence of the good spirits around them
- 92% of respondents said they felt an increased trust in their own connection with the divine
- 91% of respondents said they are highly likely to attend or likely to attend a similar event on Xavier's day in 2016.
IN 2016 WE WILL HOLD A MORNING SESSION (10AM - 12PM) AND AFTERNOON SESSION (1.30PM - 3.30PM) IN 2016. YOU MUST SEPARATELY RESERVE FOR EACH SESSION.
This is a not-for-profit event. However, because we have significant costs we ask all participants to make a donation of at least $25 per session in advance. We will retain some funds to conduct this meditation in 2017 but the donations will otherwise be used to support an Australian charity that provides food for the homeless and needy (Foodbank).
It is essential to make a reservation online to attend this event. We have no capacity to answer questions or make reservations except through the website. Please make your reservation here.
The event will be held in a wonderful venue in Sydney's CBD (close to Town Hall - public transport and parking stations are nearby). Seats in the venue are padded and comfortable but you are welcome to bring an extra pillow if you need it. Venue details will be provided following registration.
