Topic: The Art of Debrief and Challenging Rooms
William Hall:
William has worked as a trainer and performance coach for more than two decades. He is an actor, improviser, and mask maker who co-founded the BATS Improv Theatre and Training Center in San Francisco. He is also the founding member of Fratelli Bologna, and has led performance teams and creativity workshops for numerous corporations worldwide. He is the editor of Playbook, a collection of improvisational games, and has served as guest faculty at Stanford University, University of Texas, University of Florida, College of Marin and San Francisco State University.
As a professional actor and spokesperson, William has appeared on stage, film, television, and hundreds of corporate videos.
Rich Cox:
Rich is an actor, trainer and business performance consultant in leadership communication, innovation and facilitation. He developed his marketing ideas and experiences while starting his own company, marketing to venture capitalists to get $1 million in funding, and rebranding a consulting company to branch out into online services.
The evening:
You will explore the art of a successful debrief for any activity and any participant. Rich and William will share a debrief model from Thiagi (thiagi.com) and how to handle challenging participants.
Then, you will have a chance to share a game, try out leading it and debriefing it. You can pick the game, the level of "resistance", and then debrief it for practice.
