Moving Toward Cultural Agility

The Oregon Center for Nursing (OCN) Cultural Competency Network is pleased to offer Moving Toward Cultural Agility, an interactive all-day conference facilitated by nationally-known speakers April Lewis and Carol French. This workshop will help participants build a toolkit and move toward cultural proficiency and agility; understand unconscious bias, emotional and cultural intelligence; and introduce assessment tools for organizations, teams, and individuals. Thanks to generous funding from the Oregon Community Foundation, OCN is able to offer reduced registration fees of $50 per participant and $25 for the first 50 students or retirees who register.
