Delius and Gauguin - A Conversation
Midori Komachi (violin), Simon Callaghan (piano)
Frederick Delius was the owner of Paul Gauguin's Nevermore. The painter and composer met in Paris in 1894 - an inspiring communication began.Violinist Midori Komachi explores this colourful friendship, and their links French and Nordic cultures, through the music of Debussy, Grieg, Ravel and Delius himself.
