Its last South Florida professional productions were 20 years ago, when both New Theatre and the Caldwell competed to present it the same year. After 20 years, its themes of gay love, friendship, fears, pride and acceptance need to be shared again.

In looking at this seminal work twenty years later, we see that while the world has changed, but there are still lingering challenges yet to be conquered. But through Compassion and Strength (the Valour in the title), there is above all, Love! After Orlando, we still need it now!
