Blanch & Shock
We will be cooking lunch and two dinners using ingredients from our favourite suppliers in Kent; visiting our foragers outside Canterbury to gather wild herbs, picking fruit from the National Fruit Collection at Brogdale and sourcing fish from day-boats in Margate and Broadstairs. We will be bringing a selection of oddities from the weird and wonderful pantry we have at home including ferments, spices and vinegars, to accompany the fresh produce we find. In addition we will be offering a short list of exciting wines from Les Caves de Pyrene.
