July 2016 Vancouver Program: Workforce Planning and the Affordable Care Act

That means even though the Big Benefits Picture keeps changing, the essential question remains the same: How do employers provide competitive, affordable (for them and their employees) benefits and comply with federal requirements like Health Care Reform? Come hear the latest trends in strategic benefit plan design, shifts in how employees buy benefits (employee choice environment), and what it all means to you as HR professionals with respect to attracting and retaining top talent.
Presenters Name: Nicole Floyd, CPA, SPHR, CAE
Bio: Nicole brings over 20 years of experience in finance, management, sales and international business to HUB International and its clients. Nicole works closely with employee benefit clients providing professional HR consulting and strategy advice. In her role as Director of Benefits Services, Nicole leads the region to build awareness and use of BenAdmin technology and HR tools available to clients of HUB International Northwest. Nicole is involved with associations as an active member of the AICPA and SHRM, having served on various boards and committees.
