John Palmer Speaking Event

John Palmer is the author of How to Brew, and co-author of Brewing Classic Styles, and Water- A Comprehensive Guide for Brewers. He is a long-standing member of the Master Brewers Association of the Americas, the American Society of Brewing Chemists, and the Brewers Association. A metallurgical engineer by training, he finally succumbed to his hobby and now owns Palmer Brewing Solutions Inc., a consulting company for recipe development and water chemistry adjustment. He lives near Glendale California
