Summer Roses VI: Shakespeare's Musical Legacy
Join world-renowned violinist Junko Ohtsu, acclaimed soprano Sarah Moulton Faux and pianist Michael Fennelly in a concert commemorating the 400th Anniversary of Shakespeare's death. Works by Korngold, Strauss, Verdi and Gounod celebrate The Bard's lasting musical legacy. Special guests include actors from the "Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged)" that will open the same night.
$ 10 of every ticket sold benefits SCC's musical programs. Tax-deductible receipts provided at the door. Reception to follow.
Children under 14 can attend at no charge.
