5/27 Lioco Wine Dinner
Join Chefs Stuart and Nicole on Friday, May 27th for a five course dinner and pairing at The Workshop, up the stairs from State Bird Provisions! We're excited to welcome Lioco, who will be pouring exciting wines from their library as well as their current releases, and even the exclusive GrĂ¼ner Veltliner! The menu is shaping up to be extraordinary:
A 'Smorgasbord' From the Sea Morel 'Terrine' with Spring Peas and Morel Toast with Wagon Wheel Fondue Roasted Duck with Ginger-Plum Sauce Llano Seco Pork Loin with Crushed Broccoli and Tomatillo Salsa Verde Noyaux Ice Cream, Chamomile Poached Aprium & Super Flaky Puff Pastry
Tickets for the event are $135 (excluding tax and service, total $180). Please note that this space is accessible by stairs only. Tickets are limited, please email events@theprogress-sf.com to be added to the wait list.
