Braiding Wisdom Series: Inner and Outer Landscape
This workshop enhances your awareness of the connection of body, mind, and spirit with the interconnections and energy flows of nature. You will refresh your perceptions and ways of feeling and being present in the world! Please wear comfortable clothes for yoga and meditation, and for being outdoors.
Regina Hirsch,PhD. is a conservation biologist and certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor. She has taught workshops, courses, and seminars pertaining to conservation and agroecology for 30 years for students, farmers, and the general public. She teaches Kundalini Yoga at Stoughton Yoga on Saturday mornings.
Marian Farrior is the Earth Partnership Field Manager at the UW-Madison's Arboretum, where she coordinates ecological restorations and conducts trainings about how to lead restorations. She also works as a consultant and facilitator for a variety of environmental and social change organizations as well as a permaculture gardener and teacher. Her passion is apprenticing with nature and helping people to fall in love with Earth.
