On July 9th, Tennessee Shines celebrates Woody Guthrie's 100th birthday with performances by Woody Pines of Asheville, North Carolina, plus music and readings by Knoxville singer-songwriter and actor Brent Thompson.
Join us Monday nights at 7 p.m. for Tennessee Shines Radio Show! The Tennessee Shines radio show airs live on 89.9 FM, online at WDVX.com and in front of a live studio audience at the Knoxville Visitor Center!
WDVX program director Tony Lawson will emcee, with show hosts Bob Deck and Paige Travis.
Students get in free with valid ID.
