Secondary Shelf Life & the Importance of Timing.
In the fast food / restaurant business, secondary shelf life refers to the amount of time a food has between the freezer and the consumer, after which it is no longer deemed safe for consumption. Add in the saying that timing is everything, and the PTDT has a great metaphor for the challenges we all face in our daily lives. Joining the PTDT is The Third Stage Dance Company, a multi-generational contemporary company with dancers ranging in age from 11-85.
