Slow Food Saratoga Dinner and Farm Tour at 9 Miles East Farm
9 Miles East (as in 9 miles east of Saratoga) delivers ready-to-reheat meals to their subscribers, making it easy for busy people to enjoy local food. Meals are made from vegetables grown on the farm in a sustainable manner and harvested at their peak season.
This event will give you an opportunity to learn about the farm and their farming practices and to enjoy a delicious 4 course dinner al fresco (weather permitting). 9 Miles East is generously donating their services and proceeds, after expenses, will benefit the Slow Food Saratoga Region chapter.
Everyone (including children) welcome.
Alcohol will not be served but feel free to BYOB! A menu will be provided in advance to facilitate pairing. Cider from the neighbor's orchard will be provided.
