One Good Egg: A Love Story written and performed by Elaine Gale
Elaine Gale, a nationally published writer, professor, stand-up comic and oral storyteller, is making her debut at Lisas Hearth with a performance of her newly hatched one-woman show called One Good Egg: A Love Story.
The show is a love story of lifes fertile and fragile journey through expectations, failure, and what makes a family.

About Elaine Gale:
Elaine Gale is a California-based writer, performer, storyteller, educator, speaker, comic
and journalist (www.elainegale.com) who co-founded the nonfiction literary series TrueStory (www.tellatruestory.com) and loves artists, writers, community, humor, play, possibility, healing, spirituality, exploring and learning.
Gale is a tenured professor at CSU Sacramento, a former Los Angeles Times reporter, has a doctorate in communication from University of Denver, a MFA in creative writing from Antioch University, Los Angeles, and has been published in literary journals and in national magazines and newspapers.
She has been the Writing Center Director for Antioch University's PhD Program in Leadership and Change for the last 11 years and loves helping students find their voice, both on the page and the stage. She recently performed her solo show debut called "One Good Egg: A Love Story" at Beyond Baroque in Los Angeles.
