Tickets will be on sale this weekend at the festival.  Ticketing is in the The Lancaster Marriott, 25 S. Queen St Lancaster PA, 17603.  Right the heart of the festival.  This is also where you pick up your wristbands and Lanyards. Shirts and posters are also on sale there.

If you have to work and come for all the big shows or you're on a budget but still wants a taste of the festival, you can pay at the door at the following venues for admission only to that venue for $20.  This included Chameleon Club, The Federal Taphouse, The Village Nightclub. The Elks Lodge.  It also includes Tellus 360 on Friday and Sunday, not until after 8 p.m on Saturday.

Lancaster Roots and Blues is a fantastically fun music festival featuring outstanding live music from across the U.S. and beyond. The 2017 festival on Feb. 24, 25 and 26 (Friday through Sunday) will be our 4th annual event. Each year gets better and 2017 will be no exception. We have more stages with more shows.  We have booked a terrific schedule this year with over 70 artist performing 90 concerts.
Blues is on the menu but so are many other great musical art forms that America can proudly call home including Jazz, Americana, Folk, Rockabilly, Rock n Roll, Bluegrass, Funk and Soul and so much more.  This festival is a music lovers paradise.

We have three-day General Admission tickets that will get you in every show for all three days. (Except for VIP parties and special events.)

We also offer a two-day and one-day ticket.

We offer a ticket for Under 21 fans!
Under 21 details 2017 LRB

Each year we try to offer the chance for music fans under the age of 21 to attend the festival.  The nature of Lancaster Roots and Blues is that some of the venues are over 21 only and that makes it impossible to just issue a blanket festival pass to those under 21.
But we do have a large amount of shows young people or your teenage children can attend.

This year we are issuing one under 21 wrist band that is good for 2-days (Friday and Saturday Feb. 24 and 25.) This wristband will gain you access to select venues and certain other venues at certain times.  Here are the options for our under 21 fans:

Friday and Saturday at all shows at The Ware Center (Both stages)including afternoon Master Classes.

The Main Stage in our big tent on Saturday afternoon from 1 to 5:15, then were going to boot you out!

Chameleon Club main stage on Saturday afternoon from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. then we are going to boot you out again!  We are sorry for the shabby treatment but at least you will have something to look forward to when you get older.  Of course this gives you the chance to see 18 great shows.  And at a lower price than the old people tickets for those under 21 tickets are just $29!

Lifetime memberships:

Each Lifetime member will receive an annual general admission ticket good for the entire festival each year as long as the festival continues. The goal from day one was to create a long-term music festival in downtown Lancaster Pennsylvania.  I want it to be a tradition as long as I'm alive and even years after that.  I'm a crazed music fan and I'm guessing if you're still reading this, you are too.

We are only offering a very limited number of Lifetime Memberships.  The money from this offer will give us a stronger base to operate from, to grow the festival and bring in the artists we want to hear.  For this week only through Sunday March 13, a single, Lifetime Membership is $650.00, and $950.00 for a two-person membership.

Answers to more questions you may have:

What if I want to upgrade in any given future year to VIP level ticket?

If you have a general admission ticket and decide you want to upgrade to VIP status you can.  Upgrades will be offered each year. Of course if you want a VIP ticket and you haven't bought any tickets yet, just buy a full VIP ticket. At the very least, your Lifetime Membership or your Early Bird General Admission Tickets will get you access to every show at every festival and a VIP Experience upgrade would be icing on the cake.  We spend many months developing the perks for VIPs and will announce what the 2017 VIP Experience will offer in the fall.

Is the Lifetime Membership ticket transferable?

A single ticket can be transferred anytime before the 2017 festival in case you want to make it a gift.  Just email us here with your name and the name of the person you want to transfer it to. After that you cannot transfer the ticket. That means when you triumphantly enter the great Juke-Joint in the sky at 101 years of age your Lifetime Membership goes with you. If you buy a pair, you can choose to assign one to another person at some point or you can maintain the ownership of the membership and bring the guest of your choice each year.

Note:  The ticket date on Lifetime Membership says for Feb. 24-26, 2017.  Brown Paper Tickets does not have a way to show an open ended purchase.  Rest assured you are in fact buying a lifetime membership good for annual admittance to the festival.

Thank you for considering this.  I hope you can join me in our quest to make a great music festival even better.

Many more details will be added over the course of the year.  The bulk of our schedule is usually announced in mid-fall.  We will be redesigning our website this year to make it easier to find all the information that will make your festival experience better.
